Featherfall Axe

The Featherfall Axe was originally made for a decorative purpose for the initiation ceremony for aspiring Air Masters. However, it quickly found a purpose in melee tactics when one such ceremony was attacked and the ceremonial axe was used against the skull of an assailant. The heavy design of the Axe and several jewels that adorned it made the blow instantly fatal. Unlike its other bladed cousins, the battle axe, and its close relative the Deathwing Axe, the Featherfall's damage does not come from dismemberment or cutting, but from its sheer ability to crush bone. More accurate than a mace, the Featherfall is ideal for beginning scouts looking to capture isolated enemy toops.
